Booking confirmations are normally sent within a few minutes after successful payment to the email address entered on the Booking Details page.
If you want total privacy, you don’t need to provide us with a valid email address, but be mindful that you will not receive your booking details, updates or changes by the supplier. To remain private, create a new email address, so you can access your booking when using this platform.
If you do not receive your booking confirmation email, please check the following:
- Your spam or junk email folder
- That you entered the correct email address
- Your payment was completed successfully
Cryptocurrency payments may take longer due to blockchain confirmations.
If you still cannot find your confirmation, please contact support and include:
- Lead Traveler name
- Hotel name
- Check-in date
- Transaction ID (TXID) if paid with crypto
